2nd Annual Ice House Festival

Bush Investment Group sponsors the 2017 Winter Ice House Festival and provides major funding for the Conneaut Lake Community Development Committee (CLCDC) to host the second annual event at Conneaut Lake.

The Winter Ice House Festival is free to the public and takes place on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at historic Ice House Park in downtown Conneaut Lake. The one day event features dozens of lighted and interactive ice sculptures, professional ice carving, live radio music broadcasts, ice harvesting industry exhibits, demonstrations, chili cook-off, prizes and more winter fun the whole family can enjoy!

“At Bush Investment Group, community is very important to us and we are proud to show our support for this winter event and the Conneaut Lake community”, says Greg Bush, President of Bush Investment Group.  “Events like the Winter Ice House Festival help communities grow and prosper”, said Bush, “and we are excited to help this event continue to grow in our community”. This winter event happens at the peak of ice fishing season when Conneaut Lake freezes over and draws hundreds of ice anglers to the area.

All monies generated from the Winter Ice House Festival will be used to maintain improvements for Conneaut Lake and fund next year’s festival.  The CLCDC is a recognized entity of Conneaut Lake Borough.  Formed in 2005, the volunteer organization is comprised of local business owners and citizens who share a common goal of revitalizing the downtown area of Conneaut Lake and Fireman’s Beach.
